customer photo.

It's always a treat when a customer shares a picture of their finished projects made from one of our patterns. This picture sent in by one of our customers and the note that went along with it brought a huge smile to our faces.

This picture was sent in by Angela Burch, and if you look in the top right hand corner of the photo you will see why it brought such big smiles. Angela's cable throw was made from Kim's pattern for the Chunky Cables Decorative Throw, and we are excited to say that it won a blue ribbon at the Roosevelt Co, NM fair. In Angela's own words she said, "thank you again for such a great design I have to say it has a nice simplistic elegance to it and is one of the few that I have decided is going to be kept for my personal use".

Thanks so much for sharing Angela, and we are happy to hear that you are keeping the throw for your own personal use. It's experiences like yours that keep us inspired!

sneak peek.

I was really surprised at how fast this crochet pattern came together...that rarely ever happens!

Also, I'm so excited and happy with how it turned out!! In the pattern the cables are getting progressively longer, but I love that they also look like they are getting progressively wider at the bottom.

I should have the pattern up later this week :)

sneak peek.

My sister-in-law inspired this pillow cover. She showed me a picture of a pillow that she fell in love with while visiting a little gift shop. She is a thrifty girl and a DIYer at heart so she sadly walked away from it, hoping that someday she could have something similar.  She showed the picture to me and it inspired this new design.  Hope she likes it!!

Won't be long and I will have the pattern up for you all to enjoy!
