customer photo.

It's always a treat when a customer shares a picture of their finished projects made from one of our patterns. This picture sent in by one of our customers and the note that went along with it brought a huge smile to our faces.

This picture was sent in by Angela Burch, and if you look in the top right hand corner of the photo you will see why it brought such big smiles. Angela's cable throw was made from Kim's pattern for the Chunky Cables Decorative Throw, and we are excited to say that it won a blue ribbon at the Roosevelt Co, NM fair. In Angela's own words she said, "thank you again for such a great design I have to say it has a nice simplistic elegance to it and is one of the few that I have decided is going to be kept for my personal use".

Thanks so much for sharing Angela, and we are happy to hear that you are keeping the throw for your own personal use. It's experiences like yours that keep us inspired!

sneak peek.

Bernat Blanket is a super bulky yarn with the texture of chenille, so everyone that comes into my house not only oohs and ahhs, but they immediately have to go over and touch this super soft and chunky throw...

The pattern for this trendy chevron throw is almost done, so it won't be long until you are able to crochet one up for yourself!

Skill Level: Easy

The quatrefoil is a geometric design that I am in love with. In this design, I’ve incorporated it with another one of my loves, that of filet crochet. Puts a modern spin on an old classic!

I chose to create this throw in a cotton blend, which gave it beautiful drape and some weight although done in a finer fiber. You can easily switch up its look and create a larger blanket by working it up in a heavier yarn. I can’t wait to see some of your projects!!

The pattern calls for 30 balls (3300 yards) of Knit Picks Shine Sport which is a fingering (2) weight but any comparable yarn can be substituted.

The throw measures 56” (142 cm) wide x 76” (193 cm) length.

The pattern consists of a chart of the quatrefoil design along with a few written instructions to get you started and written instructions for the border.

sneak peek.

This blanket has been in the works for quite some time, but as we finish up these winter months, and head into beautiful spring this seemed like the perfect time of year to release it!!!  It is made with a blended cotton, so lighter than your average throw, but still warm and cozy.

This afghan is made using the popular filet crochet technique but done with a modern twist. I'm hard at work and hoping to release the pattern very soon.

Wrap up in this luxuriously thick and cozy decorative throw. This beautiful cabled throw is crocheted using a N (10.00 mm) crochet hook and super bulky yarn so it works up fast and makes a beautiful gift that will be treasured for years.

This detailed crochet pattern has lots of illustrations to help you to successfully complete you project. The pattern calls for 12 balls of Lion Brand® Wool Ease Thick and Quick and uses the following stitches: hdc, dc, fpdc, bpdc, fptr and reverse sc.
