just for fun - time yourself against the world's fastest crocheter.

Lisa Gentry broke the Guinness World Record for the "Fastest Crocheter" on June 25, 2005 at a Michaels Craft store in Monroe, LA. She crocheted 853 trc = 5113 stitches in just 30 minutes which = 170 sts/min.

Just for fun I thought that I would give it a try...well...it seems that speed crocheting is not my calling. My personal best was 12 trc.

I would love to hear how others made out!

  3. Well, thought I would share how I made out. I did 8 trebles/min the first go around, but of course, I had to try again to see if I could better my score. The next go around was 10 trebles/min so I did improve a little, yay!!!
